Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation (SACF) is a non-profit charitable organization approved by the Shanghai Administration Bureau of Non-Government Organizations and the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau. The foundation is legally registered and was officially granted approval in March, 2006. SACF is the first registered Shanghai non-public fundraising foundation with medical treatment and provision of health education as its focus. Our goal is to promote health and well-being of China’s underprivileged population and to provide assistance to those in need. With a heart of benevolence and generosity, SACF brings hope to people in need and realizes the dreams of China’s impoverished citizens - “For their health, for the future.” |

- Opportunities for Financial Assistance |
| |
 | SACF Charity Healthcare Program |
| This program provides needy people with SACF Charity Medical Card and SACF Loving Care Medical Card which help them enjoy free charge or expenses deduction of medical treatment in appointed hospital. To support this program, you could donate money to provide fund for these two cards.

| Child Burn Fund |
| We welcome people donate to Child Burn Fund and support its long operation. Your fund will be used to help children under 16 years old who are unexpectedly burned and can't afford the medical treatment resulted from poverty.

| Needy Areas Aid Fund |
| There are about 60 million people living under the poverty-line in China. We hope more public-spirited person to support Needy Areas Aid Fund by donation. As a supplementary program to help medical services, this Fund aims to help to improve medical care environment with local governments with a view to making basic medical treatment available to people in need.

| Migrant Population Medical Fund |
| Shanghai is famous for its large population, of which floating people accounts for a large part. Many of them are living in poverty. At present, SACF has successfully developed one activity - Offering Free Physical Examination for Migrant Workers on Their Worksite, and a program affiliated to Migrant Population Medical Fund, Wellness Program for Children of Migrant Workers. We hope you can help to aid them relieve from poverty and diseases. Your fund donated will help construct a service net of charity medical treatment in Shanghai and in other qualified places with a view to guaranteeing the medical security for outlanders.

| Red Ribbon Charity Fund |
| Red Ribbon Charity Fund is one of SACF special fund initiated by the Association of Population and Family Planning of Pudong New Area and organized by Shanghai Angel Charity Foundation. The fund is especially used to carry out the medical treatment and all-round interferences for people living with HIV.We call for the participation of all public-spirited organizations and benevolent individuals to engage in the anti-AIDS campaign. Let's make collective efforts to offer economical aid and interferences services to people infected and their families for the sake of social stability and prosperity.

- Opportunities for In-Kind Assistance |

| SACF Charity Healthcare Program |
| This program provides needy people with SACF Charity Medical Card and SACF Loving Care Medical Card. To support this program, you could give in-kind either medicine or medical instruments. We also need necessities provided by groups and organization like supermarkets, shopping malls, etc. Your gift will be used to provide free medicine and free chemical examination and other forms of help to needy people.

| Angels in Motion Program |
| Angels in Motion Program includes SACF Healthy Direct Bus project and SACF Hand-in-Hand project. The former project sends free medical treatment and medicine to remote mountainous areas while the latter one aims to help out disabled people. We need medical faculty to offer free medical treatment by participating SACF free physicians' rounds, to provide related training activities and help teach applicable knowledge of medical treatment and medical care. We also welcome other materials such as free medicine, medical apparatus, necessities and offices equipment and even places to carry out this program.

| Being a Volunteer, Being Happy |
| If you are from law circle, you could offer legal aid to charity programs of SACF. If you come from medical fields, you could help to offer free medical treatment to people in need. If you are an interpreter or a translator, you could help us make better communication with foreign parties. If you are good at web designing, you could help to improve our website. If you are good at photography, you could help us make better publicity by taking photos, making videos, etc. You could join in SACF volunteer team to go to the schools for the children of migrant workers to care the underprivileged population or to go to the poor regions and remote mountainous areas to aid local people. If you are zeal for charity, if you have constancy for redeeming your promise as a volunteer, we welcome your participation! |
