 | Training Theory and Skill Education to Staff |
| China lacks quality professionals with training in the rehabilitation and education of disabled children, so it is difficult to recruit and retain these professionals. Our center has had problems retaining these persons because we do not have the capital to treat them better by offering them the professional training and benefits they seek, including night and off-site training. This training is critically important not only to keep our staff satisfied, but also to ensure the success of our center by offering the best possible care to the children.

 | Facility Improvement Plan |
| 1. Playground and pavement project (200 square meters)
The present playground equipment is not adequate, as plastic can prevent easy sliding and increase chafing of the skin. Improvements in the playground area will also increase the children’s outside walking and other activities. These activities are important for the well-being of the children, as outside activity brightens their spirits and improves their physical health
2.Dining Room Build Project (60 square meters)
This project can change the present situation in which training and breakfast utilize the same classroom. It is important to keep these functions separate in order to improve the operations of the center.
